Thanks for the encouraging comments.

Yes you can still contribute through our website which we are constantly updating with new information. We will need to continue to aggressively fundraise to make sure we have all the resources necessary to mount a competitive campaign.

Keep checking at www.joshmckoon.com, on the ITC Group and the Facebook Group for more details.

Thanks to everyone who came out last week to the announcements in Columbus, Hamilton & LaGrange. We had great support and are looking forward to an exciting campaign on the issues. I will be posting some photographs taken by Beth Harris at the announcements later today on ITC.

"The Media" include outlets of all bias. None less than any other.

1. NPR (focused on humanity)
2. FOX & DRUDGE (focused on sensation over accuracy)
3. MSNBC & HUFFINGTON POST (often focused on sensational political intent & justice)
4. CNBC (focused on leveraged authority)
5. TIME (focused on legacy and solutions)
6. ACCURACY IN MEDIA, (Anti-Prog, Traditional)
7. ALEX JONES/INFOWARS (Truth/Conspiracy, addictive, but often misses the point)
8. BECK (post-Dubya cheerleader, goofy version of Alex Jones)
9. RUSH (Bless his heart)
10. HANNITY (former Dubya Cheerleader clinging to Libertarian's coattails)

... the list goes on. Now certainly, news is less objective than ever. Could have something to do with the snow job of press releases and white-washed government reports and the need for journalists & entertainers to feel important.

Albeit, PBS tends to assemble the facts for Frontline rather well.

yes Hal, you are kinda right.... Dems and media are so close th the same thing, it is scary and not good for the USA. They decide the issues and and what each side believes, and if they are incorrect.... who knows?????

If you haven't noticed (or have wondered why you haven't seen) any of my letters-to-the-editor in the L-E since June, it's simply because I exposed the bigotry and bias of Ben Holden. It's a shame that one who's job exists because of out Constitutions 1st Amendment, selectively culls others people's rights of such.
Hal Kirven Comment by Hal Kirven on May 17, 2009 at 8:31am
Alton writes: "We have allowded the Dems to decide the issues and the way to promote them." ... Not true...totally anyway. Issues are promoted on the front pages of newspapers and network news sound-bites, and reflect what the media wants the issues to be. Unfortunately, unless you own a network or buy ink by the tanker load, when you question media positions one is likely to be publicly keel-hauled.

I love your comment "until they run out of our money" You are right, so lets stop them.
Alton Russell Comment by Alton Russell on May 13, 2009 at 1:33pm
Mark, I agree with you 100%. We have allowded the Dems to decide the issues and the way to promote them. I am looking for any candicate to take up the conservative flag, not be middle of the road, stand up for what made this country great, and the true values of the Republican/conservative movement. AND....... I believe with all my heart and what I know from being around josh McKoon, that he is the man that believes all that too. He is the right man for the State Senate. He is right on time and right on target.
thanks for your reply and Keep training the best solders that can be found on this earth.
