Woohoo, Josh G! You KNOW that all of these anonymous people would not show up for any "get together" and reveal their true identities! BUT, wouldn't it be a hoot to get to see their real faces, especially combined with having adult beverages!! ROFL!…

Love your sense of humor, Josh! I'll bet it'd be fun to have refreshments and conversation with you and Creed at the same time! Hahaha! Maybe even Fred M! Ha!

Sometimes, you guys on here have such a narrow point of view. They are different narrow points of view, but still narrow. Open your minds and open your eyes. It's a large world, getting smaller every day, and moving in right next door!!

It's easy to miss the big picture when you focus on the smaller world. I am no expert on anything; but I can see that nitpicking and insults rate very high on this web site. Columbus, Georgia is a small town in a… Continue

Funny

On the first day, God created the dog and said, "Sit all day by the door of your house and bark at anyone who comes in or walks past. For this, I will give you a life span of twenty years."
The dog said, "That's a long time to be barking. How about only ten years and I'll give you back the other ten?"
So God agreed......
On the second day, God created the monkey and said, "Entertain people, do tricks, and make them laugh. For this, I'll give you a twenty-year life span."
The monkey said, "Monkey… Continue

Sex-Change Medical Costs Are Tax-Deductible, U.S. Court Rules.

How can this be right if cosmetic surgery generally doesn’t qualify?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/bloomberg/20100203/pl_bloomberg/aqacvuseeas4

This person argued that (her) expenses were no different than heart surgery.

Judge David Gustafson dissented in part.

I just don't understand how things work around this country any more.

"The IRS's decision to classify O'Donnabhain's sex reassignment surgery as cosmetic "s… Continue

FOR ME ---- TODAY

Put on the armor of God so that you may be able to stand firm against the tactics of the devil.
12 For our struggle is not with flesh and blood but with the principalities, with the powers, with the world rulers of this present darkness, with the evil spirits in the heavens.
13 Therefore, put on the armor of God, that you may be able to resist on the evil day and, having done everything, to hold your ground.
14 So stand fast with your loins girded in truth, clothed with righteousness as a breast… Continue

This made me laugh out loud!!

The English are feeling the pinch in relation to recent terrorist threats

and have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved." Soon,

though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated"

or even "A Bit Cross." The English have not been "A Bit Cross" since the blitz in 1940

when tea supplies all but ran out. Terrorists have been re-categorized from

"Tiresome" to a "Bloody Nuisance." The last time the British issued a

"Bloody Nuisance" warning level was during the great f… Continue

Pat, just noticed your question. It really depends on a couple of things. I suppose they are adult clubs? So you could probably look at a soldier donation (they will ship them to Iraq or Afhanistan so the folks can relax a bit), or the first tee. The first tee would only be able to use them for close to adult kids, but they will be used either way! Thank you for caring enough to do that!

My dear Pat, I saw what you wrote on Cotton Granny's page. I am not trying to behave, just sleepy when the weather gets cold. I hope to be back up to my normal level of obnoxiousness any time now. Do you think ITC likes me to be on the edge?

Seeing a fox is magical isn't it? Unfortunately I have seen 4-5 dead on the side of the road lately, as well as a number of coyotes. Always makes me wince.

She decided to take a semester off from Columbus Ballet (4 classes a week) to concentrate on her 8th grade speech and National History Day project, and to focus on CHs admission. She is an A+ student who completes all her assignments on time w/o having to be reminded. Ballet had begun to require more and more time, and she said, "I need time to focus on what is important and how I might want to spend my time in high school. I'll decide this summer if I want to go back." She realizes she is taking herself out of the VERY competitive loop at the Ballet, but says she feels at peace about her decision and is tired of having somewhere to go every day after school. She actually said she wants more time with me and her sister. Gotta love the girl!
