Those places may be gone, but MidTown is full of other wonderful locally owned shops and restaurants! The Butler’s Pantry, Meritage, Country’s, Deorios, Locos, Dinglewood, the Front Porch, Ann’s Porch, Two Sister Gallery…and many more!

I loved Midtown back in the 60's and 70's as Macon Road was the Vegas strip of Columbus but sadly no longer has the vibe.
Service Merchandise,Turtles,Pant a Rama,Dimensions,Oz Records,Shakeys Pizza,Shoneys drive in,Bowlarama,Plaza Theater(saw Star Wars and Saturday Night Fever there!) Putt Putt Golf(sure to miss mr and mrs Z),Funtown Junction,Dr Jives Record City,Beverly Theater,Krystal lunch counter across from Wynnton School,Grants,Harvest House etc etc......all gone but not forgotten!!
